Mickie Ainsworth has owned Avenues To Travel since 1984 and has grown to become one of Lafayette's premier travel agencies. Mickie specializes in European travel as well as family destinations, group travel. She has traveled the world extensively in her 26 years as a travel agent. Visiting exotic locations such as Australia, Egypt, South America, Italy and cruising the Mediterranean as well as many destinations here in the United States. Mickie employs agents that also specialize in corporate travel as well as destination weddings, family travel, and even group or incentive travel. Mickie holds a very high standard for herself as well as her agents, so it is a priority for her staff to be educated and experienced for the locations they sell.
